HTC today launched its latest smartphone, the HTC S Desire, Desire succeeding series.
HTC Advantage Desire Desire S from the previous series is wearing the latest 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, MSM8255, his display with HTC Sense and frame cut from a single block of aluminum intact, so that feels solid in hand.
"Desire S mix design speed, which is inspired by the design of the aluminum in HTC, " said Agus Rusli Sugiharto, Country Manager for Indonesia, in Jakarta, Wednesday (327/4/2011).
In addition to the side a slim format, Desire S has a 3.7-inch WVGA touch screen that big. Android cake was 2.3.
Desire S RAM of 768 MB, while the ROM memory with a capacity of 1.1 GB. Then to the camera, Desire S has a 5.0 megapixel camera on the back with auto-focus and LED flash power HP to 720p HD video recording. Then the front camera has a resolution of 1.3 megapixels.
For multimedia, audio format Desire S supports AAC, AMR, ogg, m4a, mid, mp3, wav and wma. Then for the video, Desire S supports 3GP, 3G2, MP4, WMV, AVI (mp4, asp, mp3) and XviD (MP4 & MP3 asp).
Desire then S also has an internal GPS antenna, and other sensor features such us the G-sensor, digital compass, proximity switches and Ambient Light Sensor.
Desire S sold Rp.4.799.000, which will be available in stores starting this weekend.
To support the promotion of Desire S, Agus Sugiharto HTC said to hold a road show to six major cities in Indonesia.
